BIO

I graduated in 1999 from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics. After a brief stint in direct mail, I spent five years working in the Consumer Research department at Young & Rubicam Advertising as a Market Research/Statistical Analyst, while pursuing my Master's Degree in Statistics at Columbia University which I received in 2003. I have been at ETS since February 2005. 

EXPERTISE

Database management; various aspects of statistical analysis, particularly multivariate methods such as factor and cluster analysis; proficiency in SPSS and SAS

Co-author of "The Distribution of Teacher Characteristics and Qualifications in North Carolina Elementary Schools" presented at American Educational Research Association Annual Conference in April 2006.
Co-author of "Investigating the Dimensionality of an English-Language Arts Assessment Administered to English-Language Learners With and Without Accommodations" presented at National Council on Measurement in Education Annual Conference in April 2006.
