Dae Kim

BIO

Prior to coming to Outlier, Dae taught quantitative research methods and education finance at Portland State Universitys School of Education in Portland, Oregon. Dae has MPA and Ph.D. in public administration from New York University. His research focuses on the measurement of teacher implementation of mathematics and science programs, the evaluation of teacher and school performance, and the relationships between teacher practice and student achievement. At Outlier, Dae has served in senior researcher capacities with many federally funded research projects involving the development, validation, and use of mathematics and science curriculum implementation measures.
