BIO

Carole Greenes is Professor of Mathematics Education and author of more than 300 books and programs for students in PreKindergarten through Grade 12, for teachers of those students, and for college students in need of remediation in mathematics. Dr. Greenes is a popular speaker at conferences of mathematics educators. She is former president of the National Council of Supervisors of Mathematics, member of the Executive Committee of the Conference Board of the Mathematical Sciences, member of the Steering Committee for the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics Navigations Series, and issue editor for the NCTM 2008 Yearbook on Algebra and Algebraic Thinking.
