BIO

Academic Director, College of Engineering & Applied Science, University of Cincinnati. Eugene Rutz has served as PI, Co-PI or Investigator on multiple grants related to instructional technology, learning styles and student performance. As Academic Director he has developed and led a STEM outreach program to local high schools that utilizes this experience in instructional technology and learning styles. He is a frequent presenter at the University's Center for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning on topics related to instructional technology and distance learning.
