Dr. Loureno Garcia is an international educator with strong background knowledge in curriculum and instruction, socio-cultural, linguistics, educational leadership, special education, and public policy studies. He has twenty years of teaching and administrative experience combined, both nationally and internationally. Dr. Garcia completed his studies in Russia, Cape Verde, and the United States having received his Doctorate in Leadership in Urban Schools and Public Policy studies from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Additionally, he has worked as an adjunct professor in the Graduate School of Education at UMass Boston. Presently, Dr. Garcia works as an adjunct professor at Northeastern University in the Graduate School of Professional Studies. He is fluent in six languages, including English, Cape Verdean, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
