BIO

Andy is a Senior Research Scientist at The Concord Consortium. Andy is a researcher and evaluator. He is author of Transforming Schools with Technology, published by Harvard Education Press in 2008. As co-director of the national evaluation of NSF's Statewide Systemic Initiatives program, which operated in 25 states and Puerto Rico, Andy gained an appreciation for the rewards and challenges of conducting large-scale reform efforts.
