What Drives Collective Efficacy?

Abstract

"To master collective efficacy, highly effective, creative teams that believe in their own power to create change in schools need to use four specific implementation processes. The authors look at four processes-learning together, cause-and-effect relationships, goal-directed behavior, and purposeful practice-that can help teams succeed and feel confident in their success. This type of mastery encourages teams to continue to prevail and push themselves to do even greater things."
