CCSSO and RETA project partners AIR and WCER are planning a 1-day Workshop in Washington, DC on February 2, 2005, which is the day after the annual NSF MSP conference in Washington (Jan. 31-Feb.1).
The workshop will involve participants in working with existing data from the Surveys of Enacted Curriculum and the Professional Development Activity Log, both tools that were developed and improved in our current RETA study. Initial results from the Longitudinal Study of the Effectiveness of MSP Professional Development will be discussed.
Participants will gain experience in how the survey tools can assist MSP projects with evaluation of professional development, indicators of change over time, and analysis of alignment of instruction with standards and assessments.
