"Fidelity of Implementation" is a major factor is whether an curricular change will be effective. How can administrators and supervisors know what is expected of them? This MS Word based document is a rubric that lists and quantifies on a + 300 and - 300 point scale the degree of quality implementation. It is meant to be used as a checklist and a self-assessment. It is not meant to be a strict rating scale. In my experience, schools need to score above 200 to have a viable implementation. A score between 100 -200 is sign that a school needs serious implementation improvement. A score below 100 or in the negative range is evidence of a dysfunctional implementation.

MS-Word documents may be opened with Microsoft Word (and many other word processors).
